Whaaaaa?!? I’ve never heard of or tasted this before. Is it sweet or something you would put BL&T on? I have BLT’s on the brain because we just got some amazing tomatoes from the farmer’s market that must be honored by being part of a BLT.
But I digress. Tell me more about this beer bread and the blueberriness is intriguing as well. Made with blueberry beer or blueberry bread made with beer? I’m starting to get myself confused
Inquiring minds want to know!

Yes. I was very surprised by how good the bread had turned out. With the blueberry beer, it was almost muffin-ish. It tastes good alone or with butter or peanut butter. I dont know if it would be ideal for BLTs.
This was a mix which Mom had given me. It’s from Tastefully Simple. I’ve had it for the longest time and never used it, because I never had a bread pan. Then, Mom gave me a bread sheets, but I didn’t buy beer for the longest time. So, this week, I bought a 6-pack of Sea Dog – Blueberry Wheat Ale from Trader Joes. The recipe is simple: mix 12 oz beer with bread mix and bake. As I was making it, I thought “this could be the most ideal combination. Wheat beer and Bread.”

hmmm I might have to ask mom to bring some beer bread mixes when she visits. All I’ve had to eat so far today is a bowl of blueberries so really everything sounds good right now. But I am really interested in this beer bread stuff.
