Monday Snippits

These wall decals by Blik look pretty cool. You haven’t seen my Korean apartment yet, but it has a very open minimalist ambiance. I dont want to clutter it with things on the wall and these might be a cool way to give it some flavor. Hmmm…

When my iPod dies, I dont think I’ll go back to another iPod. I might go with something like the Cowon 02 or something more open source. I’ll blog about why later. It has to do with my modded Nintendo DS.

Here’s my school webpage. Using Firefox, it looks like garbage, because every Korean website was built with IE in mind.

If you don’t know, Korean soju is Japan’s sake. I’ve heard of soju cocktails, and I’ve thought about trying to make some.

I found a blog that revolves around… homebrewing beer in Korea. I need to do some more researching on the topic of homebrewing as I’d like to get my feet wet.

On Friday, I left the school without downloading any videos. I have no internet at my apartment. Therefore, today and all Mondays, I’ll probably be sucking up the internet with my torrents. I need to download my regular shows like Survivor, and check out some old shows I’ve missed.

Listening to The Eagles of Death Metal – Heart On.

I just can’t get into Survivor anymore. I think I’m just burned out on the show. The school website is cool. I like the article on Korean symbols. Actually all the articles were about Korean symbols. Didn’t really understand much about it though. I need to start homebrewing some rootbeer. I think it’s the only way to get my Heritage days bud’s rootbeer.

Yes! Homebrewing rootbeer!

Thanks for the link to Blik. I’m totally loving those wall decals. I wonder how easily they come off? I don’t want to rip off the paint when we leave this place. IKEA has wall decals too that I had totally forgotten about.

Forget Survivor! :) What do you think about The Office?

I’m catching up on The Office. I just watched the first 2 episodes last night. Survivor has been a little tough to get into this season. It’s a large group of miserable people being miserable, but I shall not waver. Sunny in Philadelphia, Hysterical!! I watched last weeks episode and I was literally ‘Laughing Out Loud.’ It was that funny; I had to type it all out.

I’m a little behind all of a sudden on TO and haven’t ever watched Sunny in Philadelphia…hysterical?…sounds promising.

erm…yeah…I’m about halfway thru last weeks Office and I’ve gotta say I’m not so much liking all the awkward (and that spelling looks totally wrong but whatev) moments! Esp. lunch with Jim’s brothers! Too much, peeps. Way too much.

I recommend you go to hulu.com and watch yourself some ‘Sunny in Philly”. The episode ‘The Erotic life of Dennis Reynolds’ was a gutbuster. I’m still laughing from it.

I think Paddy’s Pub: The worst bar in Philadelphia set me back on a IASIP kick. As far as TO goes what’s really getting at me is the whole Angela / Andy / Dwight thing. They kind of turned Angela into a …. well …. slut. That just didn’t seem the right direction for her character, but i’m still getting a kick out of it at the same time.

Yeah. They built her up as a conservative high morale character, and that’s been thrown under the bus. I’m giving up the Amazing Race.

I’m still regularly watching LA Ink, Entourage, Survivor, Clone Wars, TO, Sunny in Philly, and the Ultimate Fighter.
