It's actually one of the mushrooms on top, not a liver. Most Korean dishes are made with red pepper powder. That's what gives it the red color and spicyness. There was kimchi at the table, but not in the soup. Certainly better than Mutie the Red Lobster mascot.

Is the seafood mush to so the dish in the bottom right hand corner of the pic. Is that a liver or kidney on top. How was that? Little Kimchi in there too? That shrimp looks tasty.....better than Mutie at Red Lobster.

I didn't do what i had planned either which was to at least try and find some. Oddly enough Doug and I did go on a snack spree on Wednesday night and when I got home, I kept thinking there was something I was missing...an extra snack that somehow I forgot to pick up...I think it was pepero!

I'm not a big fan of the zipper. It's almost too minimalist for my tastes. I would go with the Akira Isogawa, next, because it looks like my 'Hanafuda' cards.

I'd like to make my own, but I'm not that creative.

I had the zipper looking thing as my HP for a while. I've switched them up lately. I went back with the fall raccoons and some other thing.
